Our “Free Assessment” tool and appointment booking are intended for preliminary evaluation and planning. They do not constitute formal advice until an engagement is confirmed and fees are paid.

4. Consultations & Engagement

• • A formal engagement begins only upon payment of fees and confirmation by Liberty Immigration Consultants.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if client conduct is unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive.

5. Fees & Payment

• • Fees depend on the services you request, as agreed upon during consultation.

  • Payments can be made via the methods we accept (e.g., bank transfer, mobile banking). Full payment must be completed before deliverables proceed.

  • Fees may be non-refundable after certain stages (e.g., document preparation). Refund policies will be clearly communicated.

6. Client Obligations

  • Understand that decisions by immigration authorities are final, and Liberty Immigration Consultants cannot guarantee visa approval.

7. No Guarantee

We provide expert guidance, but cannot guarantee outcomes such as visa approval, scholarship receipt, or admission. Decisions are solely at the discretion of relevant authorities or institutions.

8. Confidentiality & Data Protection

• • All client data will be kept confidential and used strictly for consultancy purposes.

  • We comply with applicable Bangladeshi privacy laws.

  • Information will not be shared with third parties without your prior consent, except where required by law or regulatory bodies.

9. Intellectual Property

Content, logos, materials, and publications on our website are owned by Liberty Immigration Consultants and protected by law. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
